Open My > Account and security > Delete account. Review the scope, confirm your identity and submit the request.

Email support{'@'}paipai.im from the address associated with your support case. Support will require identity verification and will never ask for your Pi password.

Some security, fraud, financial or legal records may be retained for the period required by law; other scoped data is deleted or anonymized after the request is completed.
